This program assists young individuals who are unable to meet the required driving hours for their L plates due to supervision or vehicle access challenges. Local volunteers serve as mentors, supervising the youth for designated weekly driving hours, utilizing a vehicle provided by Youth Barossa.

To join the Drive My Future program you MUST complete these steps:

• STEP 1

• STEP 2

  • Have a short interview with the Program Coordinator where your Driver's Licence and logbook is sighted.

  • We need to see a record of at least 4 hours driven with a licensed instructor before you can start the DMF program.

• STEP 3

  • Complete a 30 minute suitability drive with the Program Coordinator or designated DMF Qualified Supervising Driver.
